To make the most of our session, please complete these 5 steps before our call starts. This ensures we spend our time fixing your data, not waiting for downloads!
1. Access & Permissions
- [ ] Google Sheet Shared: Ensure you have the Simply Recon sheet open and ready.
- [ ] Stable Internet: Ensure you are on a laptop/desktop (not mobile) with a stable connection for screen-sharing (Zoom/Google Meet).
2. Data Ready (Very Important)
- [ ] Raw Reports Downloaded: Have your recent “Order Processing Reports” or “Settlement Reports” from the Marketplaces already downloaded to your computer.
- [ ] Data Pasted: If possible, try to paste the data into the sheet before the call so we can see where the errors are occurring.
3. Identify the “Problem Area”
- [ ] Specific Order Item IDs: If a specific order item id is showing the wrong calculation, have those Order Item IDs written down.
- [ ] Note the Error: Is the formula showing #REF!, #VALUE!, or just a number that you think is wrong? Knowing this saves us 10 minutes.
4. Privacy & Security
- [ ] Close Private Tabs: Since we will be screen-sharing, please close any sensitive personal tabs or bank windows.
- [ ] Marketplace Login: Have your marketplace portal logged in and ready in case we need to verify a specific charge “live.”
5. Tools for the Call
- [ ] Working Mic: Ensure your microphone is working so we can communicate clearly.
- [ ] Notebook: Have a pen/paper ready to note down the logic fixes I explain during the session.
